When Stellar Plans 1.0 launched on July 17, the first two reviews came in—one positive, one negative. The positive review got a grand total of two likes (one of them was from me… because, well, someone had to do it). Meanwhile, the negative review exploded, racking up over a dozen likes in no time. Weird, right? Curious, I reached out to the player who left the negative review, listened to their feedback, and made adjustments accordingly. They were happy and changed their review to a positive one. And just like that—the likes disappeared. Not a single new upvote. Silence. At first, I thought maybe the hype had died down, or perhaps my game had just faded into Steam’s void due to low sales. So I moved on. Then, the MetaQuest release happened… and history repeated itself. The first negative review? Instantly flooded with likes. I messaged the player, made the requested changes, and they turned their review positive. And once again, the likes? Gone. Now, another negative review popped up recently, and within no time, it has already attracted seven likes—while the older positive reviews remain completely ignored. For a second, I thought, “Should I write a negative review for my own game?” But nah, just kidding! Negative reviews sting, and at the end of the day, nothing makes me happier than seeing a genuine positive review. So if you enjoyed the game, don’t forget to show some love to those happy reviews too! 😊
