I pay 27000 for a 1 BHK flat in HSR, Bangalore. It is a semi-furnished flat with just cabinets, ceiling fans, doors, and windows.
No power backup, no AC provided by the flat owner. Very frequent power cuts and water shortages.
Also, flat rent has increased to 28.5K.
