@PairedWith_P7 @barrier_buddy Meditation came in really handy during my 12 chemo sessions. Now I use it while I’m in the sauna. Fasting also helps.

Time is precious

@DouglasBeck_1 My biggest regret is not traveling more and seeing the world when I was still able to walk. I hope I can still do that with the time I have left.

Four years ago today, I was diagnosed with ALS. It completely changed how I think about time.

@barrier_buddy @royce_james I have found meditation to be very helpful for me in clearing my mind.

@PairedWith_P7 @LordBermondsey I fell out of a two story building and landed on concrete on my head, I know what you mean. It’s really hard to stay focused and on task.

@royce_james Most things in life really don't matter except for family and making memories that last a lifetime.

@PairedWith_P7 I had my own health scare 3 years ago that gave me a new appreciation.

@LordBermondsey It's crazy how life can change in an instant. I put my faith in the Lord and am grateful for every day I have!

@PairedWith_P7 I nearly died a decade ago, it changed how I view time. It has created conflicts in my family, sadly. I focus on my children most of all, and prioritize knowing I may exit at any time. I have worked to document family stories, history, lore.

I’ll go first: I used to postpone small moments with my son because I thought there’d always be more time. Not anymore.

Serious question: If you knew your time was limited, what would you stop postponing? I’m genuinely curious. Four years in. Still fighting. Still grateful for every second. — Jake
