@PairedWith_P7 @barrier_buddy Meditation came in really handy during my 12 chemo sessions. Now I use it while I’m in the sauna. Fasting also helps.

@DouglasBeck_1 My biggest regret is not traveling more and seeing the world when I was still able to walk. I hope I can still do that with the time I have left.

@PairedWith_P7 I nearly died a decade ago, it changed how I view time. It has created conflicts in my family, sadly. I focus on my children most of all, and prioritize knowing I may exit at any time. I have worked to document family stories, history, lore.
