The reality remains that even during a period meant for peace, civilians and security personnel continue to be targeted, exposing the true nature of these groups and their backers.

The point is simple: a medical site’s label alone does not settle its legal status if it is being used for military purposes. 2.The UN’s Children and Armed Conflict reporting has verified military use of schools by the ISKP and TTA. That is a direct regional example that a protected civilian or humanitarian site can, in practice, be repurposed by armed actors. 📌 History shows that protected sites do not retain immunity merely because of their past label or past occupants. What matters is their actual use at the time of strike. And the target, intelligence, the secondary explosions, deleted tweets, use of old videos, presence of actual hospital elsewhere, and the absence of any significant evidence so far, proves that it was anything but a drug rehab center.

A blast from an improvised explosive device was reported on the Jaffar Express track, but it occurred after the train had passed the targeted location. In a separate incident, the same train came under fire from gunmen, but security forces successfully repelled the attack.
