Alert: Shortly after returning from an official visit to Russia, Afghanistan’s Defense Minister, Mullah Yaqoob, stated that “Pakistan will no longer dare to carry out airstrikes inside Afghanistan.” His remarks came in the wake of a military cooperation agreement reportedly reached between Russia and the Taliban administration in Moscow on May 27. The agreement is believed to cover areas such as arms supplies, transfer of military technology, maintenance and modernization of defense equipment, joint military projects, and training programs. Mullah Yaqoob described the arrangement as a “military-technical agreement,”.

From CM-400AKG, LD-10, MAR-1, and H-2/H-4 systems for tactical DEAD, to Fatah 1–4 and Ra’ad I/II for strategic-level precision strike roles.
Any aur defence aquisition by Afghanistan would be neutralized within the first 3-4 hours of a future confrontation.
