Need to send your invoices to a French Certified e-Invoicing Platform (PA)? The studio works with a Certified Platform partner and can integrate an API to send compliant invoices and payment status updates directly from your software, or develop only the API integration if you already have your own invoicing system. > French issuers only, to ensure the consistency of tax data. Any requirement for another context can be developed as a custom solution.

When people talk about deposits, the discussion usually stops at the quote and the amount requested from the customer. However, once the document has been sent, other questions quickly arise: - Which deposits have actually been paid? - Which deposits are still pending? - When were they received? - Which quotes are they linked to? - Which projects can move forward, and which ones are still waiting for payment? As soon as a business starts handling multiple quotes at the same time, keeping track of this information can become surprisingly difficult. The challenge is no longer requesting a deposit. The challenge is knowing where it stands. A paid deposit should be easy to find, linked to the correct quote, taken into account in the final invoice and preserved within the project's history. A pending deposit should remain visible in order to avoid starting a project or issuing a final invoice when the expected payment has never been received. This is one of the reasons why I decided to treat deposits as a dedicated workflow, with their own tracking, payment status, payment date, closure process once received and the ability to export closed deposits in CSV format. Because in the end, a deposit is not just an amount written on a quote. It is a financial event that should remain traceable from the initial quote all the way through to the final invoice. One of the challenges I did not expect when building an invoicing system was managing amounts. On paper, it seems straightforward. A quote is accepted, an invoice is issued and the customer pays the amount shown on the document. In reality, things rarely happen that way. A deposit may have been paid weeks earlier. A commercial discount may be granted during the project. Some services may be added, removed or adjusted before the final invoice is issued. As a result, the original quote amount, the invoice amount and the amount actually due are not always the same. This is exactly where consistency becomes critical. The deposit already received must be taken into account. Any discounts must be applied correctly. The remaining balance must be recalculated. The final invoice must reflect the reality of the transaction, and once payment is received, the paid invoice must accurately reflect those amounts as well. What appears to be a simple calculation quickly becomes a chain of dependencies where every figure must remain consistent with the others. An invoicing system is not just a tool that generates documents. It is a system designed to ensure that every amount remains coherent from the initial quote to the final payment. And when deposits, discounts and project changes come into play, that consistency often becomes more important than the PDF itself. > Demonstration video featuring intentionally introduced errors (SIREN, SIRET and VAT applied to a US customer), followed by correction and automatic recalculation within the invoicing module. > This video shows an earlier version of the system. Some tax data combinations are now restricted depending on the client's country. However, the demonstration illustrates that the backend business rules and validation logic were already detecting these inconsistencies and automatically applying the appropriate corrections. @BatsouElef Thank you for taking the time to check it out and for the constructive feedback! You're absolutely right, the dark mode isn't fully consistent yet. I'll improve it. I really appreciate the keen eye.

@PalksDev It looks really nice, if I had to give a piece of feedback, the dark mode doesn't cover everything.
