11 महीने बाद भी नहीं हुए शिक्षको के परिवीक्षा अवधि आदेश जारी। परिवीक्षा अवधी समाप्ति दिशा निर्देश विभाग की तरफ से 11/12/2024 को दिए गए थे। अब 1 साल होने वाली अभी तक शिक्षक अपने आदेश का इंतजार ही कर रहे हैं। आदेश जारी न होने के कारण जुलाई में लगने वाला इन्क्रीमेंट नही मिल पा रहा है और न ही DA के एरियर का लाभ मिल पा रहा हैं। विभाग की लेट लतीफी के कारण हजारों शिक्षक परेशान है। @schooledump @udaypratapmp @ZeeMPCG @MPTakOfficial @Zeepramod @Anurag_Dwary @drbrajeshrajput @AkashDwivedi_ @pushpendra157 @manishbpl1 @BansalNews_ @rahulreporter4 @INCMP @UmangSinghar @BJP4MP @BhopalSamachar @INCMP @DainikBhaskarMP @jitupatwari @OfficeofSSC

Its 11 months now , getting 90%. Why this kind of silent,partial and dual behaviour is forced on us.Also till WHEN?

Even in cross weather conditions,lack of basic facilities,we r fulfilling our responsibilities.Still our dignity is questionable? E Attendance Mocking

@Manish_NSTA No logic is applied in going for E Attendance, about me ,it's 22 km from my home,no local conveyance reaches there ,also the locality is full of hindrances,deep pits ,no electricity, no toilets. When we are ignoring these issues & working,we need not to prove anything else.

E अटेंडेंस से भविष्य में शिक्षकों को आने वाली परेशानियां। कभी शिक्षक के मोबाइल में खराबी आ गई तो उस दिन उस शिक्षक की ई अटेंडेंस कौन लगाएगा और कैसे लगेगी ? बरसात के मौसम में अचानक नदी नालों में बाढ़ आने कारण कुछ देर लेट होने वाले शिक्षकों की ई अटेंडेंस कैसे भरी जायेगी। जिस दिन नेटवर्क न मिलने के कारण निर्धारित समय पर ई अटेंडेंस नहीं लग पायेगी तो उस दिन शिक्षक की ई अटेंडेंस कैसे लगेगी ? जिस दिन कोई शिक्षक कभी भूलवश मोबाइल कहीं भूल आयेगा या घर में छोड़ आयेगा तो उस दिन उसकी ई अटेंडेंस कौन लगाएगा और कैसे लगेगी कभी कभी विधुत खराबी के कारण ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में दो तीन दिनों तक लाइट बंद होने के कारण किसी शिक्षक का मोबाइल चार्ज न हो पाने की स्थिति में उस दिन उस शिक्षक की ई अटेंडेंस कैसे लगेगी और कौन लगाएगा ? @DrMohanYadav51 @MPTakOfficial @BJP4MP @ZeeMPCG @Zeepramod @akanshathakur7 @manishbpl1 @AkashDwivedi_ @BansalNewsMPCG @pushpendra157 @drbrajeshrajput @ra_reporter

@ZeeMPCG This profession of teacher is being demoralised by the autocratic decision of the department,we are losing our self respect and pride which we used to have. It's disappointing, demotivating.

@Zeepramod This isn't ethical . Either we should be provided with a conveyance facility , also what about the distance,it varies for every teacher . My school doesn't have electricity yet ,the most considerable issues are still unresolved & they want E attendance. What a joke.
