Palm Done Right is dedicated to being wildlife friendly. Dirty palm oil production has affected many endangered species. But that isn't the end of the story. Through biodiversity, education, regenerative agriculture and initiatives, we can make a positive difference.

How can we be deforestation free? First, we perform a LUCA. Then, farmers grow oil palms according to organic practices, either by reconditioning degraded land - often from previous pasture or crop lands - or by transitioning existing, conventional palm farms to organic.⁠

Palm oil is produced in areas of the world that are incredibly rich in biodiversity. It is crucial to grow palm oil sustainably. Knowing every step of the process - who processes and grows the palm oil is crucial in knowing that the production of palm oil is done sustainably.

Palm Done Right farmers grow palm oil organically and sustainably using organic farming practices. By definition, growing organically means growing without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. Palm Done Right palm oil is USDA Organic.

Bosco manages a highly diversified farm. A diversified farm supports wildlife to thrive. The wildlife that Bosco and his family regularly spot are possums, tigrillo, guanta, armadillo, sloth, ant eater, monkeys, otters.

A challenge Gerardo's family faces is their neighbors’ conventional banana plantation, in which many which chemicals are used. Fortunately, Gerardo was able to agree a good buffer zone between so they can prevent contamination from spraying.

Rosa and Segundo are one of the first organic farmers who joined the Palm Done Right mission. They joined because of their passion for people and soil health, preventing pollution and contamination with chemicals.
