Had a rough week at work , So was really looking forward to my two days off.. The weather look warm 18/19 ° But I didn’t bank on the storm last night .. the rain all through the night .. and the ferocious winds this morning… This is my view out of the front room window, It’s not nice out there at all So I’m indoor bound for a couple of days I think I might do some baking Or like a naughty teenager, I might sort out my bedroom As I sleep in the spare room on the days that I work and it’s beginning to look like a bomb has hit it..💣 Might put a few things up for sale on eBay I think…

So many of you lovely Twits have been asking after hungry husband since he’s been struck down by Norovirus .. He stopped being sick yesterday afternoon.. Which is such good news , He’s still on liquids at the moment and electrolytes with the odd meal replacement drink thrown in .. But he was downstairs for a while when I got home from work . But is now back in bed tucked up with a hot water bottle. He has some colour back in his cheeks and is looking better albeit very tired .. I think he looks very handsome now his hair is growing back… Give him a hello please .. Or a load of abuse ..🤭🤭 I don’t mind which .. So he feels wanted and special.. I had an absolute blast at work today .. I did Fire Marshall training .. Learnt all sorts and managed to put a fire out single handedly ..🤭🔥 Also today is my last day of being 59… More cards and gifts came to the hotel today .. I am such a lucky girl .. I have loads of pretty envelopes that I will open in the morning… So all in all an absolutely spiffing last day of being a 50 something… Roll on tomorrow my Twits ..🎂🎉🎁🎈😘🥳🎂🎁🎈🥳♥️🤭♥️

I was in Sainsbury's doing some shopping, and a member of staff from Ryan's daycentre was in there, she sees me and comes over, she was with Ryan yesterday when they were stuck in traffic on theM5 for over a hour, she said Ryan was absolutely fantastic he coped really well, Ryan doesn't like waiting or any changes, so this was a really big deal for ryan , super proud.

I got given some absolutely gorgeous wild garlic leaves and flowers … I’m working all day today , But have tomorrow and Wednesday off.. I’m thinking three cheese and wild garlic scones ..
