I want to address the situation surrounding PanBakery about what happened.
When I first joined the project, I was offered the role of Community / Collaboration Manager (CM) (see Annex #1 to #3). In this role, I managed the community Discord and social media, and coordinated collaboration partners for the project. Over time, my responsibilities expanded to include helping with the project’s whitepaper, creating and managing the X social media account, and assisting in defining some game features under his approval (see Annex #4 to #7).
There were several areas I was not responsible for: managing the project team (including the art and moderation teams, which can be seen as there is a 1/1 NFT of Pandesal, I wasn't included), creating the Discord server (now deleted), the project's concept, creating and managing the NFT collection, and managing project funds.
Regarding finances, I never managed the treasury wallet, which was fully controlled by Pandesal from start to finish (see Annex #8 to #10). I even suggested using a multisignature wallet, so that if one person's account was compromised, funds would still remain secure. Unfortunately, this proposal was rejected, and Pandesal managed the treasury alone, which ultimately led to it being drained without any kind of protection.
Earlier last week, I discovered that the Discord account of Pandesal posted on the Project Server, without my knowledge, about launching a memecoin called“The_Whizkie”, which turned out to be a rugpull. I had no involvement in this, nor was I aware of its existence until after someone bought it up to me on DMs. I want to clearly distance myself from it.
After the rugpull, I contacted other project contributors to gather information. I learned that one team member had unfortunately not been paid. Since It wasn't my responsibility to manage other team members, I was unaware of this until he informed me. He also designed assets for the memecoin “The_Whizkie” and another unknown project, without receiving payment (see Annex #11 to #13).
The next step taken was to investigate the project funds. Thanks to the huge help given by Niboc that I am really grateful to have as I never did this, he tracked the wallet transactions. He discovered that the treasury funds hopped through multiple wallets, ultimately ending up on MEXC, Binance and OKX personal accounts which is currently being reported for fraudulent / stolen funds, I will leave the details down below:
PanBakery Treasury Wallet (managed by Pandesal): 0x3f10F8bB398970f27844a8bA62BE2Da201Fa65CA
Wallet B which got RON from the Treasury Wallet: 0x0ec1276ed27f4414729c171f5253b25ede1bf689
This wallet was getting RON from the Treasury wallet since November 25th, after the NFT mint. It has been doing withdrawals since the start & is also the same wallet that finished draining the remaining liquidity with a 1,997.62347803 RON Withdraw on January 12th. The total amount drained by this wallet is 5633 RON.
This wallet transferred the RON several minutes later to the second intermediary wallet each time, which currently holds around $95,000 in Ronin assets, and had $89,000 at the day of the rug, this is possible to be the wallet of someone who drain funds from other wallets:
Second intermediary wallet: 0x09c2f4E90404cA40f7A3a122Bbf34Be3232A8814
Wanted to point out that this wallet received RON from an address labeled “# Coins Philippines”(Annex #14) which everyone knows that 1) I don't speak Filipino and 2) I live far away from that country. The owner of the wallet is highly possible to be from PH, I brought this up to give yet another proof that I have nothing to do with what unfortunately happened.
Part of the funds was then sent to the following MEXC account:
0x59e05e9c43c9cca100bb9962d67ab0e6d623e9db
I submitted a report to MEXC (Work Order #20260117000214#) explaining how the project funds moved to the MEXC account. (see Annex #15 to #16 for the report).
Here is a brief recap using as an example 1 TXIDs per wallet hopped, to show how was the RON transferred from the treasury wallet into the Personal MEXC Account:
Wallet address A transferred to wallet address B, value: 1,997.62302653 RON ($263.88)
Wallet Address A: 0x3f10F8bB398970f27844a8bA62BE2Da201Fa65CA

Wallet address B transferred to wallet address C, value: 1,997.62302653 RON ($263.88)
Wallet Address B:0x0ec1276ed27f4414729c171f5253b25ede1bf689

You can see the TXIDs on Annex #18 to #20. In addition to MEXC I encountered that the wallet sent funds to Binance & OKX which I also made a report & waiting for a reply (Annex #20 & #21).
# Exchange: OKX. User TXID: 0x5f21e08df86dd78b681d759082f24195408f7f77d2dbac9e820960e0beb1dcde
# Exchange: Binance. User TXID: 0x864b05656d65349ee2e67a548d66718d836158e8cf965e48676aef900f932934
There was also transaction movements on late december made by this wallet:
0x1c9feeb9d87dce5e5d3e9f45570d769558b7a8df
The wallet received a total of 1000 RON from the treasury funds in multiple transactions, I don't have a clue what this was used for, the wallet transferred just minutes later of receiving RON from the treasury wallet to an address labeled “# MEXC. DepositAndWithdraw_1”, so I also opened a report for fraudulent / stolen funds so they can give more information on this wallet. I have just reported it and am waiting for their reply. (Annex #17).
I will wait to get a reply on the reports made so I can give an update about its progress as soon as possible.
