To now return as part of the CBRE team entrusted with managing this site, was profoundly humbling & deeply fulfilling. It was a proud full-circle moment—a reminder that while we evolve and grow, our roots stay with us, shaping who we are and how we lead.

Today, that same factory has transformed into a modern, world-class workplace. As I stood there, surrounded by glass and steel instead of smoke & machines, a flood of memories returned. What struck me is the continuity of spirit that have remained unchanged.

As leaders, we often move forward with full momentum, focused on strategy, growth, and impact. But every once in a while, a moment comes along that makes you pause, reflect, and truly feel the weight of your journey.

Here's to the journey so far, and to the many more milestones we will achieve together in the future.
