@panerabread not a good look in my catering order today! Lettuce was all brown on the edges, Mac and cheese was 2/3 full at best. For the prices you charge, this is quite disappointing!
@panerabread just went to the New Center Point Panera in Colorado Springs. Ordered a Bacon turkey bravo with an apple. The bread was old and stale tasting, extremely dry but not toasted. Definitely disappointed.
@panerabread I tried 3x to make an observation on quality control this morning regarding my birthday pastry reward in your mobile app. No good. It was delicious as always. Just looked odd.
Hey @panerabread I just ordered a Pick Two with a 1/2 turkey and cheddar sandwich. Where is the turkey? All condiments and not a piece of turkey. Super annoyed
@panerabread Spent $377 on a catering order from Panera Bread scheduled for 9AM and it wasn’t delivered —making it useless for my event.
Store hung up on me multiple times. Customer service supervisor “Zachary” was rude and refused to help. This is unacceptable!! I need my money back asap!!!
