@allyspeirs @annaroseridgway I suspect the youngsters who attack pensioners must have a poor relationship with their own parents. Otherwise, they wouldn’t be baying for decisions that would harm their parents.

25% of pensioners are millionaires. 55% of welfare spending goes on pensioners. Why don’t we: 1) means test the state pension, millionaires don’t need benefits. 2) increase the amount we give to the pensioners who need it the most. 3) stop the unsustainable triple lock.

@allyspeirs @annaroseridgway I’m 70, and like most Boomers, I really worry about the financial futures of my children’s and grandchildren’s generations. Some youngsters have fallen into the trap set by the far right of pitting old against young for their own agenda.
