एक महीने से इंटरनेट सही तरीके से नहीं चल रहा , महानिकम्मी सर्विस है आपकी , अब मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा क्या solution है इसका , @JioCare आपको email करने का भी कोई फायदा नहीं, जब आप कोई mail पढ़ते ही नहीं

@JioCare @reliancejio मेरा jio fiber का नया कनेक्शन जब से लगाया है तब से ही सही तरीके से नहीं चल रहा, आपकी कस्टमर सर्विस इतनी घटिया है इतने दिनों से कोई solution नहीं दे पा रहे, कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही, नया कनेक्शन पहले दिन से मनहूस निकला

30 aug की मेरी शिकायत बिना हल किए अपने resolve कर दी , उसके बाद मैने @JioCare पर कॉल की , आपने मेरी compaint की ऑप्शन ही बंद करदी , mail kri , automated जवाब आता है , व्हाट्सअप पर automated जवाब, अब बताओ कहां पे शिकायत करू
