Did you know that the best fondue in Switzerland is known as ‘moitié moitié’ meaning half and half. The ideal combination is a 50:50 mix of Le Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. Add some white wine & corn flour and the resulting dish is melted cheese heaven! 😋

We’ve had a brilliant couple of days with our @cheese_academy Level 2 delegates - the classroom time was broken up by a fabulous couple of hours at @BrinkworthDairy. I totally love my job! #cheese
