@PanikArcade I called Nintendo USA support number. I spoke to an agent if I can get a refund due to me getting scammed. She said: "Yes. We are completely sorry for your inconvenience you had with that game that scammed you". I am still waiting on that purchase to be refunded.

I got scammed for the first time in my entire lifetime so far by a developer that goes by both Evrac Mason, and evc studio. I bought a third party assett clone of Cloverpit gamble on my Nintendo Switch 2 with $5.34 out of my $100.00 Nintendo Switch eShop gift card.
