- He had Social Security Number.
- He was NOT target of ICE investigation.
- DHS: He did NOT try to kill ICE agents.
He was executed in front of his 3 year old daughter.

Yep and when this admin is over there's gonna be consequences. I'd urge states to hold off on trying to charge anyone until after 2028. Murder doesn't have a SOL in most states. Wait until there is an admin that won't attempt to assert immunity then let the indictments roll. Future Presidents won't be able to issue pardons for state level felony convictions.

The reason ICE was able to shoot and kill another unarmed person in broad daylight was because the last two times they shot innocent unarmed people this country did nothing about it...and didn't even properly investigate it.
