If we have to hunt you down the way they hunted down Nazis for decades, we will.” He said he would prosecute any ICE agent who violates the Constitution in Philadelphia to the fullest extent of the law, after referring to such agents as “Nazis.” Every Ice Agent, who violates the law needs to be held accountable. Lost in the background of the horrific murder of Alex Pretti is that an ICE agent walked up to a woman who was actively backing away from him and shoved her with two hands, sending her sprawling backwards onto an icy sidewalk. He then tries to pepper spray her while she is prone on the ground. There is no justification for this physical violence against her. She isn't resisting arrest and she isn't threatening the agent. He crossed the street to physically attack her. This is not normal. This is not ok. Law enforcement cannot physically assault citizens on the street. Any police officer who did this would lose their job. We've seen countless examples of ICE initiating physical violence with no justification. This cannot be normalized.

The founding fathers were the OG liberals. Some have been using "liberal" as a malapropism for "leftist" for so long (thanks, Rush Limbaugh) that they've forgotten what Liberalism actually *IS*. Liberalism is the idea that THE PEOPLE are sovereign and their government exists to serve them, not the other way around.

Secretary Noem, your administration now openly authorizes ICE agents to forcibly enter people's homes without a judicial warrant.  That is blatantly unconstitutional – ICE cannot authorize itself to break into people’s homes. If ICE attempts such unconstitutional measures in Washington, our state will consider all legal options to hold the U.S. government and individual ICE agents accountable. If trained officers can’t stay calm during a 7 on 1 arrest, how do you expect a citizen to stay calm when he is being punched, disarmed, maced, and shot?
