@PapacassKitchen @ITV @ITVX I’ve had a similar reply asking for tv make and model so they can send over a fix! I know it’s not my tv as every other streaming service I have works perfectly on it. I can tell it’s the poor coding/design behind the app.

Why is ITV X so awful?!! Constantly glitching and ruining viewing. It also doesn’t register resume function. Search bar is awful and slow. If you’re going to compete with the big streaming services get your tech right! @ITV @ITVX fix it or you’ll lose us!

A quick @Google search shows the size of the problem @BBCWatchdog these jokers really need taking to task. I have a stream of DM’s that made no sense or difference! Daylight robbery!

So I’ve just cancelled my subscription to @ITVX due to absolutely crap platform and service! All our other streaming services @netflix @PrimeVideo @BBCiPlayer now tv work perfectly. Weeks of back and forth with their tech help to be told “it’s not our problem it’s yours!”
