This was fantastic! It’s amazing to see the children taking ownership of DEIB within their schools. I am so proud of how much DEIB is being embedded across @TransformTrust2 They had amazing ideas and I can’t wait to see this develop.

We were honoured to join the @TransformTrust2 Children's Parliament meeting at @AshbrookJunior today, where we explored how diversity, equity and inclusion all work together to create a sense of #belonging. Watching these young people engage with big ideas was really inspiring!

Love this. We all worry about having those awkward conversations. For me, it’s about preparation and thinking about other perspectives. I’m banging a drum for ‘contextual wisdom’ @ForumStrategyUK because it really is key to providing safe spaces to converse and resolve issues.
