These Rubicon drone teams require adequate radar and other early warning sensor coverage to be effective. Russia is short of both radars - if they had barges to put them on - and Black Sea SAM equipped fighting ships have been mostly exterminated.

Morning update from Magyar: ⚡️13 substations in Crimea and ⚓️4 russian shadow fleet vessels in the Black Sea were hit overnight on July 19. The total score for the "MoLoChKa" and "Crimean Power Switch Off" operations between July 1–19 now stands at 176 shadow fleet vessels and 96 power infrastructure targets. During the night of July 19, Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces successfully struck 59 enemy targets deep behind russian lines. The russian fleet continues to shrink and hide. Overnight, USF drone operators hit two tankers, one cargo ship, and one floating crane in the Black Sea. Meanwhile, the "Crimean Power Switch Off" operation delivered another productive night, striking 13 power substations, 8 in occupied Crimea and 5 in other occupied territories. Explosions and power outages were reported in Kerch, Staryi Krym, Yalta, Sudak, Berdiansk, Yedy-Kuyu, Ponyzivka, Shchebetivka, Zelenyi Yar, Shyroke, and other locations.
