Actually, if you understand business you know this is actually extremely smart AND even more so because of Hamlin’s business partner. I don’t think most understand this is also about intellectual property like branding & identity. Watch the movie Air. #NASCAR

23XI/FRM argue an elite stock-car series/product requires elite teams & NASCAR deprives them of fair chance to earn profit by prohibiting charter teams from doing similar series, controlling tracks (Cup tracks can't have similar races), cars (single-source suppliers) & payouts.

@bobpockrass Tell 23XI and FRM to take a hike. They knew the layout before they started their teams. 23XI even built a huge multi-million dollar facility based on the current setup. They can go pound sand. @dennyhamlin @MichaelJordaan @nascar

But NASCAR says b/c 23XI/FRM reply filed yesterday incl new allegations that should have been in original motion that they should get to respond again or new info to be stricken. NASCAR says teams indicate the new info filed is appropriate for things said in NASCAR response (2/2)
