@virginmedia I reported it via the online form, then again, then on phone, then to an agent, then to an agent that told me you had been when it still wasn't fixed, and then to another that said this week but I'm not confident and it hasn't been done yet

@Better_UK Why is it so hard to get a refund from you when you closed my gym for good? I can't get to the one you transferred me to. I cancelled. The gym is closed forever. It should be simple. I even had a phone call saying sorry, the money will be back in 8 weeks & it's not!

@Better_UK It has taken weeks of going in circles to get the a reply saying I am not allowed a refund. But you have CLOSED the gym. It is not re-opening!

@steve_asbell I was accused of shoplifting & banned from Asda for how I 'look.' They said they had CCTV of me stealing but I hadn't & when I asked them to show me they couldn't find it. A long line of letters later & I got an apology & Voucher but it doesn't make it ok & I don't go in now.
