@ParcelPending Your system upgrade literally sucks!!!!!! First, I get a code for a pkg that was delivered on 5/21 but the pkg in the locker wasn't mine. Been looking for MY package since and it is nowhere to be found! Today I got a new code for another pkg but the code is bad!!

@ParcelPending you guys switched your systems and list no instructions on how to re register, says my email is already in use. Says it’s emailed me a registration email over and over and nothing and no way to reach out to customer service. What’s going on?!

@ParcelPending all your lockers in the bishops stortford area are showing no printer available not sure if this is someone trying to make their life easier so they don’t have to empty the lockers but it’s annoying. Thanks

@ParcelPending This is a terrible system with a terrible UI and dog shit level customer service. If you need a package locker, look for someone else for your apartment or condo buildings.

@ParcelPending your lockers at The Hamilton (2525 Elm St, Dallas) are broken, my packages were removed manually by the apartment, and you’re STILL charging me $10 per parcel. No response to emails, texts, or 60+ min hold times. Refund this.

@ParcelPending charging customers for failed lockers is wild. System didn’t work → apartment removed packages → STILL charged $20+ No support, no response, just charges. Fix this.
