@ParcelPending The printer at this locker hasn't worked since December. It doesn't say low/no paper or printer not working etc. It literally just says it's printing and then doesn't do anything. Get someone out to fix it please! :(

@ParcelPending I am very frustrated with the process of waiting on call 1hr to connect to agent. Two parcels were delivered under same code and I wasn’t aware picked only one parcel. In order to collect other, property is not opening the locker. They want you to open .

Just walked all the way to this parcel locker down shit hole North Street for it to tell me the label printer’s bost… typical. Only one in Walsall as well 💩👎🏻

@ParcelPending I’ve tried everything. Literally everything. Dpd says the tracking ID wasn’t used at all but i dropped it in your locker. I have all the details of the compartment, location of the locker and everything. a nike parcel and i don’t get any positive response frm both sides. Pls help

I’d just like to say fuck @ParcelPending for holding my package ransom. I don’t pay for your service & it’s not my fault the morons @FedEx placed my package in your locker at my apartment complex. Then call, 100 minute wait. I’ll use their text service; our SMS support is down
