Felt very honoured today to have the privilege of visiting Semiahmoo First Nation land and learning from one of their community members. Spent the morning learning and unlearning❤️

Today 150 kids & 3 schools met. Grateful to have permission to walk, listen & learn together on Semiahmoo land, where the Ta’talu river & ocean meet & salmon travel. Connecting land based experiences & community together❤️Becoming stewards of the land@Surrey_Schools @racialEQ36
