Our shared mission is to amend the Canadian Divorce Act to reflect the true best interest of the child by having both parents actively involved after divorce.

Today is Parental Alienation Day 2024. A day to recall all the children and parents unable to enjoy safe and loving relationships simply because one parent was not able to put their child's needs above their desire for revenge.

For children, equal-time #SharedParenting is best after divorce, with better physical health, superior mental health, stronger social relationships, and less substance abuse. Important public health issue. ifstudies.org/blog/10-surpri…

Children deserve equal #SharedParenting from both their father and mother, in the absence of abuse. When a fit parent has to enter the court system and fight for access, abuse is already occurring. Systems globally need to take action on the best interest of the children.

@Fwd_Party We need family court reform and the presumption of 50/50 to reduce conflict and allow our children equal time with 2 loving, fit parents. Children do best with equal shared parenting. Children do better emotionally, psychologically & feel loved. According to NPO 90% support 50/50

In Canada in 2019, 18% of children aged 1 to 17 (1,185,700 children) experienced separation/divorce of their parents. Research indicates #ParentalAlienation occurs in 11-15% of divorces. That’s 177,855 children living this #ChildAbuse. It’s time for #SharedParenting in #CdnPoli
