Gratuitous to announce that you're going to distribute Massimo's revenue to accounts that will never get it.
I still say that the primary objective of this is to not pay anyone.

You were suspended for platform manipulation. On April 11, we announced that a portion of creator revenue would be allocated to original authors of content. Immediately after, you stopped using Video Share, which you had been using for 3 years. Instead, you began to programmatically download-and re-upload other accounts' videos so that the system would credit them as original. The behavior alone was circumstantial. What made it conclusive: you uploaded another user's video with the watermark cropped out. You deliberately attempted to manipulate the payout formula. We don't pay people who cheat the program.

Can Alabama redistrict to remove the racial tint of mistaken pre-Louisiana v. Callais maps? The Supreme Court just vacated the *same panel*. The panel puts in place *the same injunction* based on the *same evidence*. But after reviewing with fresh eyes. I'm skeptical!

In another turn of events in this year’s storied election cycle, the panel of federal judges overseeing Alabama’s redistricting fight issued an injunction against Alabama from using it’s 6-1 congressional map the state argued was permissible following the U.S. Supreme Court’s recently issued Louisiana v. Callais decision. In its ruling, the panel wrote, “Ultimately, we cannot see our way clear to requiring Alabamians to cast their votes in the 2026 elections under a districting plan tainted by intentional race-based discrimination,” reaffirming the court’s longstanding opposition to the map advanced by state lawmakers after the Callais decision. “New?” It’s not new. The 6-1 map has been in place for decades. Lower courts don’t have to like SCOTUS orders, but they can’t defy them. We will press on.

The way I'm reading this, the 6-1 map is racially gerrymandered. If I'm wrong plz correct.
I just wonder if the state legislature can give us a clean 7-0 map by August 11th.
