🆘🆘 URGENT HELP PLS SHARE My parents little miniature Yorkshire terrier TEDDY was dropped off at PARK VETS in SIDCUP earlier today for an operation. The staff let him out for a wee and he got out of a hole in their fence and is now missing @rosieDoc2 @Cymru_01 @RachaelB100

@Gwynne45 There is now a specifically made for animal steriod that we have to prescribe. Vets are only allowed to prescribe human drugs if there is no animal equivalent. Unfortunately, the animal drug is alot more expensive.

@nathanjlaw We are sorry to read that you were not happy with our service. We would be happy to investigate your complaint. If you could ring the surgery and ask the receptionist to pass your details to Joyce Thomas, Practice manager, she will look into what went wrong.

I’ve always had good things to say about @ParkVetGroup but not anymore. Rude receptionists, incompetent vet nurse, half a job and after having to revisit to correct the situation myself, there was not as much as an apology. Rude staff was quick enough to snatch the cash though!
