I’m not really sure what you’re getting at; shooting the tires doesn’t render the vehicle immovable. Police are trained to shoot until the threat is stopped, which means shooting THE PERSON, not the tires of the vehicle.

@Intenseclip It’s funny because most of everyone commenting has the same assumption. Let’s use common sense, we all saw the video. Why would you think of someone shooting at the tires when the cars coming at them instead of when the car is sitting still? Huh? I’ll wait 😂
