We played out of skins and lost by one final game! Super proud of our 7’s and 8’s who were incredibly welcoming and played their games with great spirit. Thanks goes to Vedant and Daniel, our sixth form chess leads who have made all of this happen. Parmiter’s players first column

We are excited to host our first friendly chess tournament after school today and are set up and ready to welcome St Albans School team to Parmiter’s LRC

The school will fall silent today at 11am, it moves me to see such respect throughout our community as silence reigns for the minute of reflection. Thank you junior book club and our young librarians for such an engaging display

Sad that it's our final two activities before we head home, huge enthusiasm for cutting skills: crafting pencils quills or tent pegs and weaving a survival bracelet to bring home! We are all tired, damp and dirty but are thoroughly enjoying the wilderness experience!!

Today our Year 7 Attitude Ambassadors went to a local primary school to give a presentation for Year 6 on moving to secondary school, lots of good questions and chatter.
