نبَرد یک دم مرا خواب از خیال وطنم 🇮🇷 با افتخار یک پادشاهی خواه 👑

There was a brave Iranian wrestling champion from the beautiful city of Shiraz. He was more than an athlete, he was a symbol of courage. In 2018, he stood up for the freedom of his country and joined the protests. For that, he was arrested, tortured, and falsely accused. His confession was forced. They sentenced him to death not for justice, but to make an example of him, to spread fear among the people. Despite insisting on his innocence and pleading with people to be his voice until his last moments, no one could save him. In 2020, at just 27 years old, his life was taken. But the story didn’t end there. His family was punished too. His brother was arrested and has spent years in solitary confinement; alone, forgotten, cut off from the world. His mother went to the prison again and again, just to know if her son was still alive, waiting for answers that never came. Even his sister was detained. And now… history is repeating itself. #BenyaminNaqdi, a 26-year-old kickboxing champion from the same city, was arrested during the January protests. He has been tortured and sentenced to death. He is only 26. He has dreams. A future. A life that hasn’t even begun. Please be his voice and share this post. Share his story in any way you can. Don’t let another innocent life be taken. Don’t let this story end the same way again. #NavidAfkari #BenyaminNaghdi
