You have to say you are absolutely right and flatter him to save face. That guy judges everything by loss or gain. This is not a secret. This is how the US operates. Flatter the leader. It's just not arguable that this has turned into a total disaster. We didn't achieve a single one of our strategic objectives and the conflict is now a struggle to return to the status quo from before the strikes.

Unless the current peace talks go well it's very likely that this little adventure is going to destroy the remainder of Trump's presidency and, arguably more importantly, any chance of winning in 28. Not to mention do extreme harm to our international standing. Worth a troon out

Walked by a homeless guy last night
"Please, I haven't eaten in 3 days. Can you buy me dinner?"
I could hear the pain in his voice.
He wasn't asking for money to buy drugs or beer.
He needed food.
Plus we happened to be right in front of a pizza place.
Went in and got him a small pizza.
He thanked me.
I was walking away when I turned back and noticed something crazy:
He threw the pizza away, then started asking the next person for food. Gave them the same sob story.
