@SkyUK They had no phone from 5/6 and the internet was coming and going. From the 13/6 the internet had completely gone until it was finally fixed on 25/6
@ParryGavin Hello Gavin. I'm sorry to read about the issues that your parents were experiencing with their service and appreciate that this would have been frustrating. You can find more information about our auto compensation and how this is calculated here bit.ly/3cG2ZN8

@SkyUK my parents phone line was playing up for months and then they lost total broadband and telephone service for 10 days while the problem was fixed.
Once fixed they were offered £2 compensation which went up to £10 when they said that wasn’t enough.
This is just not fair
@SkyUK Thank you.
This is what it states:
After you’ve told us your broadband and/or talk isn’t working at all, we have two full working days to fix it. If it’s not fixed, we’ll pay you £9.98 for each day until it is.
Why were they offered £2 and then £10?
Surely it should be £99.80
@Ticketmaster We had tickets for the killers at Wembley Stadium but due to COVID the dates were changed. We cannot make these dates so asked for a refund. I have been back and forth on e-mail for months now being promised that I will be getting my refund, still nothing. HELP!!
@HalifaxBank Hi I have had a conversation from someone on this number - 08001697762 - regarding a loan. Can you please confirm if this is genuine as I am a little worried due to the number coming up as Fraud when I google it. Many thanks
@ParryGavin Hi G avin, thanks for letting us know. It's not a bt number but a spam call, can you make your dad aware and i'll get the number reported to our security team ^Brian
@bt_uk my dad has been receiving calls from 01179 407897 claiming to be from BT. Asking how many devices he has and to turn on his laptop so that they can “update his security”
