Two years ago, Wellbrook Place opens its doors to Mississauga residents. This 632-bed home has since provided world-class care to not only its residents, but the wider community – a pilot site of our government’s new, Community Access to Long-Term Care (CALTC) program. Thank you to CEO Tess Romain and her fantastic team at @Partners_CH for the work they do, each and every day.
