@nicholasluvss Disagree. This girl in particular looks very native and fits that phenotypically

What’s so funny about this post is that I know countless Mexican American women in my area who likely are mixed with a minimum of 40% European ancestry who look just like her

@Anhydrous1002 @BigRichAuntie @AstroRayne47873 @TheIACRL We wuz builders. You mean they were cheap labor imports?
English

@BigRichAuntie @AstroRayne47873 @TheIACRL That’s not true at all, I’m not Italian, but the Italians who came over built the subways, bc no one else would do it. Use that thing in the palm of your hand to be such an ignorant jerkoff.

@SanchezWoppo @kunley_drukpa Argentina had already existed as a colony pre-independence and the conquest of the desert happened a little before mass Italian immigration in the 19th century.
Perón led the way in successfully assimilating the Italians and their children into the Argentine identity.
English

@kunley_drukpa They colonised Argentina for a start.
75% have Italian heritage.
But so what, humans have colonised everywhere since breaking out of Africa 70k years ago.
It’s what successful species do.
English

People might say to this “who did Argentina colonise?” and “you’re just calling Argentina colonisers because they’re white-coded!” This is wrong, actually Argentina has been involved in hundreds of conflicts over its very long history - they are the world’s foremost imperialists

@ChristianHeiens Im sure all the players for Italy’s baseball team were certainly born in Italy.
English

They act this way because "the nation" is a people, not a piece of geography.
They remain Mexican even if they were born here. And I’m not making an accusation. I’m making an observation.
These people will go out of their way to demonstrate over and over again that their allegiance is to Mexico, not America. Just look at the Mexican national team. They had a bunch of players born in America, and yet they intentionally chose to play for a “foreign” team because from their perspective, it isn’t foreign at all.
It’s their real team for their real nation that they have real feelings of loyalty for. They’re only in this country for the financial benefits, and “better pay + welfare” is never a solid basis for developing feelings of patriotic attachment.

@ChristianHeiens A lot of their fans are utterly disrespectful to the US as well. They boo our flag and even our national anthem. A lot of them were born in the US and still behave this way when the US plays against Mexico. Totally ungrateful to the country that gave them everything.
