I am parveen Kumar (Customer Id 3006754123) and my dth package was active till November 2019.
I want to know why my package has been removed without my consent.
@RahulGandhi My question is "Will your mother or any other family person get treatment from a doctor who is benefitted reservation" Please forget reservation politics.
It is very bad for India.
@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia My problem has not been resolved. I raised the issue on 3rd April and you DM me that please wait some time. Any airtel dth person.Please resolve my issue otherwise i will not recharge my DTH in future.
@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia sir when my issue will get solved which was reported on 3rd April 2024. Till now same issue persists. Sent screenshots on mail many times.
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence No resolution is provided for my airtel thanksapp.Just sending emails and DMs since last six months. issue is not solved till now .I am very old customer since 2010 but now I am thinking to discontinue airtel DTH(Airtel Digital TV ID 3006754123)
@Airtel_Presence All my concerns have expained via DM many times and via customer care phone no and emails but... but my problem is not being solved till now. If I have problem then only I am calling you but no one is solving my issue.

@airtelindia I am facing issue in Airtel thanks app. Many times I have contacted the customer care and sent the email at thanks app support but issue is not being resolved till now. Please do the needful 🙏
