3 weeks this genius in the fraud department puts a hold on my daughters account. For no reason.my child’s Christmas money in there she can’t transact. Nothing can be done I actually want to close all accounts FNB is outrageous honestly and I’m disgusted.

@FNBSA November I went to deposit money into my account n the atm switched off while transacting. Then I went to the branch again cash was deposited then later the same amount of money was deposited again by the branch they called and asked if it can b taken I agreed

I just got paid R116.80 for a telephonic consultation by one of the medical aid schemes and R403.80 by another one for the same service
