@myselfcoaching1 Exactly. Emotional intelligence isn't built in big moments; it's built through small, consistent habits.
English

@Lilly7862 Exactly. Adaptability is one of the few skills that never goes out of demand.
English

@MANSOORNABI12 Exactly. You don't control every circumstance, but you always control your next decision.
English

@AnthonyGaenzle Exactly. Small actions today prevent big regrets tomorrow.
English

@kiankfcb Exactly. Expertise makes complexity feel obvious, even when it's not to the customer.
English

@PascalCaloc the closer you are to building it, the harder it is to explain it simply, blind spot of expertise
English

@psycho_czar Exactly. Builders explain the solution. Buyers are still trying to understand whether you solve their problem.
English

@PascalCaloc the builder understands the solution too well to remember that the buyer only understands the problem.
English

@TheoFromFindex Exactly. Building and marketing are completely different skill sets. Being great at one doesn't guarantee the other.
English

@PascalCaloc Could be that the people that make the best products just don’t know how to market. Pretty common tbh
English

@nesyo_ai Exactly. Great products create value. Great explanations make that value visible.
English

@PascalCaloc when knowing how to explain your product is just as important as the product itself
English

@DopeXSoap True but only after someone decides to try them. Messaging gets them to that first experience.
English

@stoychevzh Exactly. Strong positioning reduces friction before the rest of the process even begins.
English

@PascalCaloc I believe positioning will make the rest of the list not so critical.
English

@AnthonyGaenzle Exactly. Progress comes from repeating what works and improving what doesn't.
English

@PascalCaloc So true. Good or bad. Good...keep going. Bad...fix it and be better.

Knowing your customers is about more than understanding when they visited your website or what form they filled out.
To really make an impact and build lasting relationships with your customers, you have to know more.
Environmental factors like the weather, competing promos, and local events.
Behavioral signals like order history, app engagement, and ordering style.
Qualitative signals like social media mentions and customer service conversations.
Intent signals like browsing without buying or the loyalty points balance.
These are the signals that will hook the customers and keep them coming back for more.
English

@AnthonyGaenzle Exactly. Trying to appeal to everyone usually means resonating with no one.
English

@PascalCaloc Agreed. And if you try to be everywhere, you miss those people who really need you.
English

@Lindseybuilds Exactly. Small changes in clarity often create the biggest changes in conversions.
English

@shamsheefa Exactly. The right message attracts the right people, making every step after that much easier.
English

@PascalCaloc I’d pick positioning. The right message makes traffic and sales work better.
English

@jamiejreach Exactly. Positioning is the lever that makes every other part of the funnel more efficient.
English

@PascalCaloc Positioning.
It determines the quality of the traffic, the difficulty of the sales call, and whether follow-up is even necessary.
Fix the positioning and every other metric gets easier.
English

@AnthonyGaenzle Exactly. Clear always beats clever when it comes to conversions.
English

@MayankNishad09 Exactly. Building the product creates value. Marketing makes sure the right people understand it.
English

@Coachbenjamin_ Exactly. A high-income skill is one of the few investments that can keep paying you for years.
English

@PascalCaloc Sure, many don't take learning high income skill seriously which affects them big time.
English

@Bic_Writes Absolutely. Slow-earned trust tends to last much longer.
