It may be hard. It may be unfair. It may be frustrating. But it doesn’t change what you need to do. Not everything is your fault. But everything is your responsibility to deal with.

@PascalCaloc the closer you are to building it, the harder it is to explain it simply, blind spot of expertise

Weird pattern: The companies with the best products often explain them the worst.

@psycho_czar Exactly. Builders explain the solution. Buyers are still trying to understand whether you solve their problem.

@PascalCaloc the builder understands the solution too well to remember that the buyer only understands the problem.

@PascalCaloc Could be that the people that make the best products just don’t know how to market. Pretty common tbh

If you could improve only one thing: • Traffic • Positioning • Sales calls • Follow-up Which one moves revenue the most?

Knowing your customers is about more than understanding when they visited your website or what form they filled out. To really make an impact and build lasting relationships with your customers, you have to know more. Environmental factors like the weather, competing promos, and local events. Behavioral signals like order history, app engagement, and ordering style. Qualitative signals like social media mentions and customer service conversations. Intent signals like browsing without buying or the loyalty points balance. These are the signals that will hook the customers and keep them coming back for more.

One thing I've changed my mind about: The best marketing doesn't create demand. It identifies demand that's already there.

@PascalCaloc Positioning. It determines the quality of the traffic, the difficulty of the sales call, and whether follow-up is even necessary. Fix the positioning and every other metric gets easier.

I once removed half the copy from a landing page. The client thought conversions would drop. The opposite happened. Buyers don't reward effort. They reward clarity.

How to be poor in 2026; 1. Sleep 8 hours daily 2. Spend more than you invest 3. Buy more of liabilities not assets 4. Always think it's hard and not possible 5. Make sure you chase everything you want with negative mindset. Did I miss any?
