Almost 99% of the G7 and 90% of G20 have airports privatized.
Govt. should not be in the business of owning assets, profiteering, this is the right thing to do!
The price inflation, can actually also be deflation, as aiports will only recover from premium travellers.

Took some profits in Aecon and put it into smart centers.
Not a huge fan of reits but dont mind getting a little defensive with these crazy p/e ratios in the market and collecting a decent yield to boot!

@Dividend_Dog i trimmed a little bit of our suncor position at 90 bucks a share.
put those proceeds into $bam
its still a large portion of our portfolio. just thought its good to take some profits. bam is double the yield and growing the div 15% a year.

If we remove our us stocks out of the equation our portfolio has been absolutely ripping! (one tfsa does hold costco cdr though)
Think our rrsp is up only 11% trailing 12 months. only... =)
Portfolio consists of all dividend growth stocks other than amazon.
