I haven't opened the box yet. The amount paid might not meet the spec of the phone itself, but I can't lie, I do like the idea of a custom phone that has been designed by a Deepin project that still has a decent spec. The octa-core processor and the 8GB of RAM will be useful for other Depin apps that I'm running, like Acurast and others. Each phone comes with a guardian node, which has a recurring income in terms of the tokens, so yes, a lot does depend on the success of the upcoming token launch. If all else fails, there is still a device, a usable one, that is left behind. I spent a lot more on devices and hardware that have become useless because the project dipped; at least I get utility out of this one. Waru amongst many others
