I finally got around to ordering the Zootopia 2 art book
Now i can actually study the art again (since idk where my art book is for the 1st one is at 🫠)

I know an artist who lives in Brazil who can easily sell $400 multi-YCHs like hotcakes, meanwhile, I can’t even charge myself more than $100 for a single comm without feeling bad.
Worst part of it all? after taxes and expenses, that barely gets you far in places like Cali.

Sometimes it blows my mind that some artists can live comfortably on one piece of art a week, or even 2-3 a MONTH if they live in like Russia or Brazil & sell stuff for €500-€1000+. I work every day and need to sell so many slots because where I live is a rip off. 🥲
