Pray This PRAYER!

“Pray With Simplicity NOT For Publicity.” When you pray, that time with God should not be treated like a “theatrical production.” Your real audience in prayer should be GOD not people! In our passage today, Jesus teaches about prayer. He first hones in on the religious leaders. They wanted to be seen as “holy” and public prayer was one way to get people’s attention. Jesus saw right through their self-righteous acts! Jesus taught that the real essence of prayer is NOT public style but rather private communication with God. Now, there is a place for public prayer, but those that pray only to be noticed by others is an indication that their real audience is people, not God! Jesus also addresses repetition in prayer. He encourages persistent prayer! Therefore it is NOT wrong to come to God many times with the same requests. Jesus speaks against shallow repetition of words that are not brought to God with a sincere heart! You see, we can never pray too much or repeat the same request too much if our prayers to God are HONEST and SINCERE. In summary, when we pray, we should: 1) praise God! We must be committed to honoring and praising His holy Name! We must us His Name respectfully 2) pray for His work, His perfect purpose to be done in this world and the world to come, 3) pray for our daily needs. We must acknowledge that God is our Sustainer and Provider! We must trust God daily to provide what He knows we need, and 4) pray for His help in our daily struggles. We must pray for God’s help to recognize temptation and to give us strength to overcome it and choose His way. We must pray for help to forgive others! If we refuse to forgive others, God will also refuse to forgive us! When we don’t forgive others, we are denying our common ground as sinners in need of God’s forgiveness. People of God, God loves us! He wants us to come to Him in prayer! He wants to hear and answer our prayers! Nothing and I mean NOTHING is too hard for Him to do! He can change your situation INSTANTLY! But we MUST do our part! We MUST ensure that our MOTIVE, our HEART in prayer is right! Amen! Matthew 6:5-13. God bless✝️

“IT WON’T RUN OUT”. God WILL take care of his people! Those whose heart is for HIM! Those whose heart is to please and honor HIM! God stands by His own word to perform it! Yes we are living in the last of the last days! Yes, Jesus could come back any day! But until then, God will not fail us! His supplies will NEVER run out! Just as surely as we have to eat, God will provide food for us! Just as surely as we need gas to go to work and other places! God will provide gas for us! Just as surely as we need a job and a place to stay, God will make sure we have a job and a roof over our head! As children of The Most High God, we are confident in God’s ability to succeed in providing ALL our needs! Don’t accept fate, accept your destiny! All things are possible for those that keep on believing! Philippians 4:19. God bless you ✝️

WORD OF COMFORT AND PEACE: Those of you that are struggling right now; struggling to hold on to life; struggling to get up in the morning because you don’t want to face the heartache in your home or your job or whatever the place! Perhaps you don’t have the right people in your life to speak life into you, to encourage you. Perhaps you don’t have a genuine friend. Perhaps you’re wondering when your day of joy and peace will begin. I want you to know that you ALWAYS have a friend in Jesus! He sees and cares about what you’re going through. He is always there by your side with a listening ear and is ready help you. Some of you might be saying, I’ve prayed and nothing has changed. God put these words on my heart to tell you today “Keep Praying.” Please don’t give up! You’re not finished! You are NOT close to being done! Jesus is our OVERCOMER! He promised He would help us overcome! He keeps His promises and your CHANGE WILL SURELY COME! God loves YOU! “The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.” Numbers 6:24-26✝️❤️🙌🏽

WORD OF WISDOM: It was not Joseph’s knowledge of dreams that helped him interpret dreams their meaning. It was his knowledge of God! It was not the knowledge obtained in your occupation, neither the number of degrees you have that has kept you employed, IT WAS YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF GOD! It was not your knowledge of marriage that has kept you married, IT WAS YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. It was not your knowledge of how to raise a child or children that caused them to be blessed, IT WAS YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. It was not the knowledge of your doctor that healed your body or that will heal your body, IT WAS/IS YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. It was not your knowledge of how to handle difficult situations that helped you stay in your right mind, IT WAS YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF GOD! You see, the only way for us to be ready to take on anything, all things that comes our way in this life is DEPENDENT on our knowledge, our relationship, with God! God is THE SOURCE that helps us stay on course! “Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.” Jeremiah 9:23-24.

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: People of God, you can’t get back sleep lost yesterday neither can you get back the time you lost yesterday! So look forward to the possibilities God has given you today! Do something you’ve NEVER done before today it doesn’t have to be big, it can be something real small! Give God something new to work with in your life TODAY then your expectations will be better for tomorrow! God neither sleeps neither does He slumber! He is ALIVE ALL THE TIME! YOU are alive so that means God is right there by your side! Don’t let this world neither the systems of this world take away what God has put in you to stay! “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.” John 14:16-18. God bless you both now and forever! Amen 🙏🏽

JUST FORGET ABOUT IT! People of God, don’t carry the guilt from your past around with you year after year. Let it go! If you confess and repent of your sins, God will forgive you! Isaiah 43:25 says “I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.” So if God does not remember your confessed/repented sins, WHY are your remembering them? Why carry them around year after year to taunt you and make you miserable? Forgive yourself, forget about it and live your life bringing glory to God.  You see, in life, it all boils down to do you believe that you are forgiven? Does God really forgive our sins and cleanse us from all uncleanliness? You see, I didn’t go back year after year to find that policeman and ask him did he really let me go? Or is he secretly planning to surprise me one day with the ticket and I have to go court for it! Once that cop let me go I FORGOT ABOUT IT! You see, Satan comes to challenge us on the Word of God.  Is God’s Word true?  Does He really forgive and forget about our sins? I’m a FIRM believer, God’s Word is Totally TRUE!   Whomever Jesus Christ sets free, is free indeed! PERIOD! God is saying to you today “I have forgiven you!” Receive God’s forgiveness today and forget about your past sins! Don’t let your past haunt you another day.  Don’t think back neither look back!! Full speed ahead! You have work to do for God and you don’t need no unnecessary distractions! Philippians 3:12-14. God bless you✝️❤️🙏🏽

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: When you *KNOW* God is real, no matter what hand is dealt to you, you can play it and win! God is saying “just play the hand.” He is covering us! 1 Corinthians 15:57-58 “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” Amen 🙏🏽

If You’re Saved, Lift Up Your Praise! Because JESUS Lives You Will Live Forever So absolutely NO Fear✝️

“The Cost For The BOSS To Save The Lost.” When Jesus made it to Calvary, the Roman soldiers did not give the nails “to” Him, they nailed them “IN” Him. The Roman solider that stood in front of Jesus with his spear did not give it “to” Jesus, He pierced it “IN” His side! While Jesus hung on the cross, our sins were not just given to Him, our sins were poured “IN” Him! Our sins were nailed to the cross within Him! As the blood of Jesus flowed down His body, He died for our sins, not His! Luke 23:46 says “And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he died.” Only the blood of Jesus will never lose its power! You see, there are eight main blood types BUT there is only ONE blood of Jesus! Blood brings oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body so they can keep working. Blood also fights infections, and carries hormones in the body. This is what natural blood does in our bodies. BUT only the spiritual blood of Jesus brings salvation, spiritual strength and power that destroys the infections of sin and gives us life eternal. People of God, Jesus paid the cost not to be the boss but because HE IS THE BOSS! Jesus paid the ultimate price to give us everlasting life! Glory, Glory to the Lamb of God!! PRAY THIS PRAYER: “Lord Jesus, thank You for paying the full penalty for our sins! When you took on the sins of the world, it caused you to be temporarily spiritually separated from God The Father. The physical agony you endured on the cross for our sins was horrible but what was even worse was the period you were spiritual separated from The Father! Thank you Lord Jesus for your willingness to be temporarily separated from God The Father so that we would never have to experience eternal separation from Him! We will live forever with Him! Thank You Lord Jesus! We love and adore You! We bless and glorify your Holy and Righteous Name.” Amen! (Luke 23:46). God Bless You✝️

PRAY THIS PRAYER TO GOD: Heavenly Father, a map can show us which way to go but what will happen along the journey, only You know! The road of life brings with it heavy loads but you never told me I had to carry them alone! You said for us to bring our burdens to You and leave them there yet I find myself picking them up again sometimes. Please forgive me! While I have my flaws and sometimes put myself through unnecessary stress, I’m so very grateful for Your faithfulness! Great IS Your faithfulness towards me! Great is Your love and patience with me! You never once gave up on me! Father is heaven, don’t let my heart set on past regrets but let my heart and mind flow wherever You want me to go! Please continue to shape and mold me in all areas of my life into the image of Your Son Jesus Christ! Help me to abide in Your Will and be still when I ought to be. You’ve given me another day in this life not because I deserve it but because of Your grace and mercy. Please forgive me for all my sins and grant me your peace. I pledge to do better; to take the step of faith and forgive those I need to forgive, to treat others as I want to be treated; to spend more time with You in prayer and studying Your Word; to listen and with Your help and strength, obey Your counsel bringing glory to Your Name. Continue to order my steps according to Your Word so that when I stand before You, You will say, “servant of mine well done.” Jeremiah 10:23 “O Lord, I know that it is not in man to map his life; it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.” I pray this prayer in Jesus Name, Amen! ✝️👏🏽👏🏽✝️

“No Matter The Weather To God Be The Glory Forever And Ever! Amen.” As I was looking at the grass and trees in my yard this morning, I thought to myself “wow, they don’t look nothing like they did a few months ago.” They were all tan/brownish looking. Now the grass and trees are turning green and some trees have pretty white blossoms! Why do they have to change? Why can’t they remain pretty and green all the time? Then the thought came to me, while the grass and trees change colors their intended purpose DOES NOT change! As the seasons of the year changes, grass and trees must go through changes. Even when fire is put to grass and it burns and turns black, as time goes by, a more beautiful display of green grass manifests. Although the grass and trees don’t look pretty in the winter months, I know a change will come! I know that springtime and summer are coming when the grass/trees look pretty and green again. My point, in life we go through changes. We have Spring and Summer months when things are going great. We have winter months when things look dry and dull. In every season, we have faith that a change will come. When days are dark and dry, we know the days will be bright again, opportunities will come again, peace and joy will come again. For we walk by faith and not by sight! People of God, God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. Although we have to put up with every kind of aggravation and endure many trials right now, The Day is coming when we’ll receive it, the priceless gift of eternal life. Pure gold put in the fire comes out of it proven pure; genuine faith put through this suffering comes out proven genuine. In the end, it’s our faith, not gold or any material possessions that God will have on display as evidence of the victory we have in Christ! Knowing this, stay in your right mind! Hang on in there! Don’t let worry rip God’s glory out of your heart! When you rise each morning let the first words that come out of your mouth be “To God Be The Glory Forever and Ever.” You are and shall forever be covered by The Blood of Jesus!! Now that’s something to always smile about! 1 Peter 1:3-6. ✝️❤️🙏🏽

WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT: People of God, your smile is one of the best advertisements for God! So, let your light shine. Let each day start with the love of God in your heart. Don’t take one single breath of life God has given you for granted. Just because things don’t look right does not mean that God ain’t making things right! Remember, our lives did not begin in this physical world and neither will it end here! Remember, what Jesus said in John 10:27-29 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.” Jesus also said in 1st Thessalonians 4:16-17 “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” No matter what happens, those of us that belong to God, NO one nor anything can pluck us out of His hand and we WILL live forever with The Lord! We have eternal life!! No matter what, stand on The WORD of God and not on the word of man! You didn’t come this far with your faith, hope and trust in God to turn back now or to start doubting Him now! Right now, lift up your voice with songs and praises to God for His marvelous works He has done and shall continue to do for us and through us in this life and the life to come. Hallelujah! Don’t let the love of God and for God in your heart fall short but keep it fresh and new every day! Keep dreaming! Keep on pressing on towards your goals in this life! Don’t let the bitterness in the world turn you bitter! But rather let the peace of God, the precious gift of love, hope and compassion rule within you so you can finish the work God created, sanctified and justified you to do for Him! Things will work out not according to man’s plan but God’s plan! God bless you and grant you His perfect peace🙏🏽

“Things Will Get Better.” People of God, the past few years have tested the strongest faith like never before; to the very core of one’s existence. For some of you, life feels like you’ve been put in the fiery furnace, the lions den and others have suffered the loss of loved ones back to back. It seems like once one volcano has stopped bursting out hot lava another one ruptures! It seems like the hand of sorrows has been dealt to many! Many are asking, Lord, when will it stop? When will the days get better? I want to tell you today that things will get better! Better days are coming! Don’t let temporary conditions abort your divinely assigned mission!! Keep holding on! Now is not the time to stand on what you *think* about Jesus! You MUST stand on what you *KNOW* about HIM!  It is not enough just to THINK that Jesus will supply all of your needs, you must come to the point in your life that you “KNOW” it! It’s not enough to just THINK that you can do all things through Christ which strengthens you but you must come to the point in your life that you “KNOW” you can!  It’s not enough to just THINK that your life is not your own but you must come to the point that you “KNOW” your life belongs to Jesus Christ!  It’s not enough to just THINK that Jesus will never leave you neither forsake you but you must come to the place in your life that you “KNOW” it! When the unthinkable happens and your world is turned upside down, ONLY what you “KNOW” about Jesus will sustain you and comfort you! Right now, build yourself up in your most holy faith in Christ by speaking with authority to the pain and hurt these words in Hebrews 13:5-6 “God said, He will never fail me neither forsake me, therefore I can boldly say without any doubt or fear, The Lord is my Helper, and I am not afraid of anything that mere people can do to me.” Also speak with authority these words spoken by Job in Job 14:14 “all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my CHANGE, my RELIEF, my RENEWAL, my BETTER DAY come.” God bless you both now and forever ✝️❤️🙏🏽

When you don’t understand and there are no words in the human vocabulary to say; when the sun is shining but to you it’s a cloudy day; when you hear your favorite song but you don’t have the desire to sing it; when you feel like you cannot stand, stretch out your hand and say “Precious Lord, take my hand, Lead me on, let me stand, I'm tired, I'm weak, I'm worn, Through the storm, through the night, Lead me on to the light, Take my hand, precious Lord Lead me home”. ✝️❤️✝️

“When You Don’t Have The Words To Say.” Have you ever been hurt or in so much pain that you don’t have the words to say or to express how you feel? Or have you ever done something so bad but you can’t find the words to say how sorry you are? I mean, times when what you’re dealing with is so deep that you don’t know where to begin! Sometimes life can take you there and the only words that you can clearly say are “Lord, have mercy on me.” In our passage today Jesus gives a parable about two men that went to the Temple to pray. One was a proud, self-righteous Pharisee, and the other a tax collector. Jesus said the sinner, not the Pharisee, returned home forgiven and made right with God. You see, the Pharisee did not come to the Temple to pray to God but to announce how good he was! He spoke words of “his righteousness to God” rather than speak words that would make him “right with God.” The tax collector went to God in prayer with deep sorrow in his heart recognizing his sins and begged for mercy. You see, some people pray to God with many words but they have no substance. On the other hand, some pray to God with few words but they move the heart of God with compassion and mercy. People of God, it is not the amount of words neither how eloquently spoken they are that pleases God but rather words spoken in prayer from a sincere repentant heart! During those times when you can’t find all the words to express how you feel to God, just pray a simple prayer from your heart to Him saying “Lord, have mercy on me.” As Jesus heard the tax collectors prayer and forgave him and justified him before God, Jesus will hear your prayer and do the same in your life! Amen! Luke 18:10-14. God bless you 👏🏽✝️👏🏽.

“Do Not Forget God.” A few things parents and grandparents tell their children/grandchildren when they are heading off to college or moving out of town to start a new job is “don’t forget about me, don’t forget to pray or don’t forget about how you were raised or don’t forget where you came from! There are certain things in this life that we should never forget. First and foremost NEVER forget GOD! Never let your mind and heart get to the place that you no longer think about God, His commandments, His goodness towards you! In our passage today, Moses warned the people not to forget God when they entered the Promised Land and became prosperous. You see, prosperity, more than poverty, can dull our spiritual vision because it tends to make us self-sufficient and eager to acquire more things rather than more of God! When life seems certain or controllable, don’t let pride make you forget about God or He may allow adversity/problems to happen in your life to drive you back to Him! Don’t forget God in your abundance or He will remove His blessing from you. It is God who blesses us with abundance, and it is God who asks us to manage it for HIM! People of God, when God has blessed you, prospered you, brought what you prayed for to pass, let your praise, your gratitude to Him last! Only God enlarged your territory so HE deserves ALL the glory! Don’t EVER forget about God because only HE has brought you this far and only HE can take you further. This also applies to our children. We should never let them forget about God because only He has brought them and kept them safe this far and only He can take them further. Remember, the most valuable thing in life is your relationship with God! Amen! Deuteronomy 6:10-15. God bless you🙏🏽

WORD OF WISDOM: Don’t make the mistake in putting your faith in people that only want to take! Don’t commit to people that are unfit!! Give yourself some time to see what is really on their mind. Test and examine all things carefully so you can recognize those that mean you good! John 2:23-25 says “Now when Jesus was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.” In this passage of Scripture, Jesus didn’t entrust his life to those people. He knew them inside and out, knew how untrustworthy they were. He didn’t need any help in seeing right through them. Jesus didn’t haste to commit to people that were fake and neither should we His followers! So, if you’re not sure, if you have doubt, pray to God for help, wisdom and guidance before you take another step! Only HE knows those that mean you good! God Bless you 🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽

“Equipped With The Stuff That Sticks”. People of God, any struggle that we have gone through, are currently going through and that we will go through in the future is because God considered us to be WORTHY to be used by Him and He has equipped us with the stuff that sticks! You see, Satan’s objective is to wear us down. He wants us to focus on the negative things that are happening instead of the positive, the great things that God is doing. Know this, Satan has peeked into your future and he has seen where God is taking you in the coming months. Therefore, in an attempt to keep you from succeeding, Satan has recruited some of his best riders to work against you, to discourage you, to put you in a depressed state of mind. But he forgot a few things, GOD IS FAITHFUL!! Jesus said in Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give unto you POWER to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and NOTHING shall by any means hurt you.” God never said that we would not have weapons formed against us; he never said that we wouldn’t have people to get on our last nerve; he never said that we wouldn’t have people that ride us and frustrate us. He SAID that the troubles they bring on us will never prosper! It does not matter how many times we win or how many times we may appear to lose, what matters is that we fight a good fight not to get the victory but because we already have it! Our names are written in the Lambs Book of Life and we will spend eternity with Christ! Therefore, continue to stand stood strong in the Lord Jesus Christ. You have His Power within you! So, don’t give up you have the stuff that sticks! God bless you! 2 Corinthians 4:8-12. God bless you ✝️
