Merry Christmas to our ChoG family in countries celebrating Christmas today, marking the birth of Christ and "first day of Christmas" by the ancient Julian calendar. We've kept our Christmas going in our ChoG A-town basecamp to honor the global church, as we all bow before Jesus.

So thankful to be at Anderson's historic Paramount Theatre last night to see our granddaughter take the stage once more in Tchaikovsky's masterwork, The Nutcracker. She's grown up in the ballet company and has earned increasingly demanding roles. #SoBeautiful #Perfect

While we're at peace this Christmas Eve on the 450, I know many are under threat abroad for celebrating the birth of Christ. Praying tonight for a local pastor and his church in Asia, who have been badly beaten by anti-Christian mob encouraged by hostile government. #JesusPlease

The 28th ChoG European Conference convened in Dorfweil Germany (near Frankfurt) last week, bringing together ChoG leaders from Europe and Middle East. Egypt, Georgia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, among those in the mix. #GlobalChoGAlliance

Flew home this week from "headquarters" of Church of the Nazarene in suburban Kansas City, after Annual Meeting of the Global Wesleyan Alliance (GWA). It's a singular table of 16 church families encompassing millions of believers, of which ChoG is one. #AnointedFriendsPartners

Our son and daughter-in-law were out-of-town for weekend; our privilege to have their daughters (our two favorite grandaughters!) stay with us on the 450 ... and then take them to ChoG South Meridian A-town for worship on Sunday morning, the congregation they call home. #Thankful
