Ripple owns all of the tools. All of the tech purchased almost every single company required to essentially extend the dollars dominance to move value around the globe and extend America’s dominance on this earth. Bitcoin, we don’t know the creators… XRPL and ripple was all created on American soil… decentralized yes but created by and on American territory. Other countries can try but ripple has been at this for too long now it will take long for them to catch up.
