I don’t share much of my personal life, but red markets hit differently. A few months ago I lost something I built and cared deeply about, and it broke me. What pulled me out wasn’t money or charts.. it was laughter. Being around people who genuinely cared, showed up, hugged me, and made me laugh. In red markets, stay close to your people. It’s the best antidote.
