Sometimes my cousin struggles to get her 4-year-old granddaughter to eat something that isn't chicken nuggets, fries or pop tarts. I made her this animal-based flower and she loved it! When I did get headaches, when I have gotten them, training in yoga gave me single, and then alternate nostril breathing as a tool, and the three part, gentle, slow and slowing three part breath. And then Kapalabhati, and alternate nostril using kapalabhati breathing, all the while supporting this with the three part breath cycle. It gave me great relief from headaches, but not all of the time. Sometimes it would relieve slightly and the headache would linger all day with like a hangover feeling the next morning. Done very gently at first, and mindfully, these breathwork practices can provide great relief, each person reacts slightly differently over time to these practices.

Ever since I had a bad car accident in 1990 that put me in a wheelchair for about 6 months, then crutches and a cane over years until I was finally walking right I get headaches at certain times. Since this is my specialty I often attribute them to cervical spine issues and other muscular issues. I used to take aleve and it helped most of the time. When I was in recurrent anaphylaxis after my vaccine injury in 2012 they didn’t want me to take nsaids ( it’s can increase allergy via pathway on a molecular level). So I just dealt with it. I often notice if a thunderstorm happens my prior headache goes away as it happens. Today I had a terrible headache. I don’t take anything still. Did some stretches. Thunderstorm just happened. Headache gone. So what scientific principles can be applied here ? What kind of principles could be misapplied? What are the best next steps with the application of scientific principles? A few points. It is true that correlation does not equal causation. That’s how vaccine adverse effects and deaths are shut down. BUT the second part of the scientific principle is -If you see a correlation you need to study it more. That’s because correlation is a valid warning sign for the necessary investigation into possible causation. IT IS NOT proper method to shut down any investigation when there is a correlation. In fact it is necessary and needed. For decades any and all sides effects from vaccines have been dismissed as correlation only and no one bothered to properly study the possibility of causation. The excuse is that a randomized double blind placebo controlled study is unethical for vaccines because some kids won’t get them. Well there are plenty of parents who would agree to be the placebo arm. So it’s just gaslighting.

I would guess the barometric pressure change of the weather front causes your cranial pressure or ENT complex pressures to reset. The pressure goes down, relative internal pressure/inflammation goes up, then the body strives for homeostasis having overshot the mark as the front passes. Just guessing, non-medical analysis, more just physics. I get headaches, bad ones sometimes, about once every three to four months, but, that was when I was wearing headphones most of the work, and online recreational and social day. I quit wearing headphones even though they were top of the line studio grade. I just use them for reference now. No headaches anymore.

Travel Update ✈️🇯🇵❤️ Well… it’s been quite the whirlwind. After yesterday’s canceled flights, we finally made it to the airport in Seattle this morning, made it through security, and are officially at the waiting to board! We just found out our flight to Japan is delayed about an hour, but at this point, an hour feels pretty minor compared to yesterday. It’s been an emotional and physically arduous couple of days for me, but we’re staying hopeful and keeping our eyes on the finish line. In just a little while, I’ll be boarding a plane to begin this journey in hopes of getting the treatment that could help me regain some of my life. Thank you to everyone who has been praying for us, checking in, sharing my fundraiser, and supporting this journey. Any tests on animals they claim were only performed to prove the lethality of the injectable formulations. Their tests were very successful. Last year during an interview, I made a mistake by referring to people in the DeFlock group as terrorists. I was wrong to say that, and I should have cleared this up a long time ago. That's my fault. Around the time of the interview, I was hearing reports of ALPR-avoidance apps being used (on occasion) for serious crime avoidance, and I conflated that with legitimate criticism. Being concerned about your privacy or how your local law enforcement agency conducts its operations isn’t terrorism, it’s American. DeFlock is not a terrorist organization, it’s an open source project that has gained popularity primarily due to our inadequate response to the questions and concerns that people have about ALPR.  Over the last 8 years, nearly 7,000 towns, cities and counties in America have purchased our ALPR cameras. While these cameras have done a tremendous amount of good in those communities, the recent awareness surrounding their existence has also spiked a fair share of criticism. I think we have failed to answer these questions and concerns at scale, and we are going to do a better job of that moving forward. I know @Rahul has banked a bunch of questions from X last week for us to answer, but feel free to reply with more here. He and I are going to do our best to catch up on these and answer them.
