The advantage of having several projects on at the same time is that if one or more stall, you can always crack on with another. #JFFLetterB BAC Concorde seam filling nearly there, with just a bit of levelling required on those troublesome wing roots. #JustForFunScaleModels

Printer not happy.

Last-minute hold up for my crossing gates. It turns out my very small servos are vulnerable to overheating and shredding gears. Some more on order, but everything on hold for now.

@daresoftware @rpimagazine For less than a pint of beer it is still pretty cheap for ‘overkill’.

Started work on the Wasp Junior design for the Twin Beech. Pretty happy with how it is going so far, and I've got plenty of time to tinker away at it as my printer appears to have developed a glitch which needs solving before printing. #JFFLetterB #JustForFunScaleModels

@reprinted3D Yes, I’ve checked out a couple of videos and it looks doable. I’ve also read that it might just be a cable issue.

@PaterPracticus What's the problem? Try turning it off and back on again. Seriously if the error won't clear there should be an option to reinitialise it. You would have to re level the build plate though.

@84mdhiggs @rpimagazine I use DCC pretty much out of the box for running trains, but I have messed about with adding lights, and even an on-board video camera for my Inspection Train conversion (youtu.be/aizuPh6pryo)
