Build momentum early in the day. One small win in the morning creates energy that carries through the rest of the day. Read for 10 minutes. Finish one important task. Get a quick workout in. Great days aren't built by one big moment. They're built by small wins that compound.

It's fascinating how quickly people become attached to a version of you.
Change one habit, one opinion, or one belief, and they act as if you've betrayed them.
Maybe they never knew you.
Maybe they only knew the character that made them comfortable.

The clearest sign you're living 'authentically' or without absurd layers of performance, is found in your willingness to let people from different settings of your life meet each other. If the thought stresses you, it's bc you don't know which character you need to play. Your performances are so different you don't know where your real identity is, or where it's supposed to meet your characters. You're nervous because you've been giving the people in your life different scripts; you know they'll immediately sense when you deviate. And you're about to enter the scene in which you cannot rehearse your lines.

At some point, you have to stop letting your depression win.
You can't keep sitting in the same room, replaying the same thoughts, hoping your life will magically change.
No one is coming to save you.
You have to save yourself.
Get out of bed.
Take a shower.
Go for a walk.
Lift some weights.
Work on the dream you've been putting off.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
It just has to begin.
You owe it to yourself to fight for the man you know you can become, even on the days you don't feel like it.
Healing doesn't happen overnight.
But every time you choose action instead of giving up, that's progress.

You need to start attention-span-maxxing.
Watch the 3 hour talk. Read for hours without stopping. Sit through the whole movie, no pausing, no second screen. Stare out the window and let your mind wander. Don't reach for your phone.
The opposite of brain rot isn't doing nothing. It's the will to focus on one thing in a world built to pull you in a hundred directions at once.

You're just an animal. Stop overthinking it.
Ask a dog, a horse, a fish what their purpose is. They don't spiral about it. They walk around, swim around, check stuff out, eat something good, hang out.
That's what we're built for too. Simple body, simple instincts. But our intelligence hates that. So it overcomplicates everything and sends us on these desperate journeys to "find our purpose."
Your purpose was built into you the day you were born. It's already there.
You just want to have fun. Make friends. Eat something nice. Be here.
You're an animal. It's not that deep.

Your body is a resume.
If you're out of shape, you've failed one of the core pillars of success, your health. And no, you don't need to be ripped or have a six pack.
But if you're overweight, if you're obese, I don't care how much money you have. You can buy ten houses. You can't buy a different body.
You've compromised the one asset you can never replace.
You might be winning everywhere else. But step back and look at the whole picture, and you're not actually successful yet.
