How to build a physique like this:
1. Lift heavy 4-5x a week
2. Eat high protein daily
3. Sleep 7-9 hours
4. Train abs like any muscle
5. Stay lean year-round
6. Stop drinking every weekend
7. Walk more, sit less
8. Progressive overload every month
9. Consistency > motivation
10. Give it 2-4 years, not 2 months

Depression in men is often just:
• No gym
• No time outdoors
• Not enough sleep
• Poor diet
• Too much screen time
• No sense of purpose
• Toxic relationships
• No time with family
Do this instead:
• Wake up around 5–6 AM
• Go for a 45–60 minute walk
• Sleep 7–8 hours
• Eat clean (more protein, fruits & vitamins)
• Cut down mindless scrolling
• Commit to a meaningful project
• Build a positive circle
• Spend time with family
After 38 years, I’ve realized something simple:
For a man, staying indoors all day slowly kills the mind.
Go outside.
Meet people.
Build real connections.
A man’s job is to face the world, take risks, and embrace challenges. 💪
