They, and especially 02, has been practicing Eugenics. Project Genius is one such case of specifically birthed and raised kids with the goal of "creating a genius", all of them are 12-14 at the time of becoming a core researcher

Me and a Friend worked out a timeline for Summer and PG Summer was in RRI and PG at 14 and at the time youngest in RRI, around 110, by 112 is when she destroys the Parma Lab during her interro at 16 Rama picks up Summer's halted project 2 years after at 112, after her interro

While she is working to manipulate genes to create a genius, such a natural genius comes in and creates a massive breakthrough at mere 14
For her the answer must be simple right? Summer must come under her, and those under her must join RRI before 14 to beat Summer

02 says because "the kids have been good" they get to "keep their parents", in other words only because they have been showing ideal results they get to keep their parents within their lives, but otherwise their parents would have likely been removed from the picture

Personal predictions for the 2 anni lims
First lady, for convenience sake I'll be calling her Fauler, is requested by Evelleon to aid and is also central focus of current UG investments. Unless they ditch her into Summer event (unlikely but not impossible) +

What I mean is, if Summer patch is Fauler, we know to expect Evelleon
if its not Fauler, and no pre-event (like Synex/Rahu) announced, we know its her
if its Fauler, but there is a pre-event announced, its likely her for Pre followed by Evelleon
so these are my 3 predictions

As for who will aid her, honestly I think Third is likely to be anni lim given again Shalom, and Fauler build up makes her a more Perm potential so the two are able to match
But I think the summer patch will give answers, whether its unrelated, related, or announced pre-event

EDGE officially has 8 seats so Margaret is not EDGE 10 cuz EDGE 10 doesnt exist Likely what happened is she was originally planned to be but as they fleshed out story more they decided at only 8 but forgot to remove Marg until after they accidentally released it

UG themselves definitely has plans on her, and leading things to be centered on her, and in a way I dont doubt that Eirene's investment on her also comes from her talk with the Underground member
This combined with such an ending tease, she is one of the current biggest build ups

I believe the idol related lady will become playable no matter what
Whether its an event, anni perm, or lim, you should be expecting her
Someone of Chiefs past, yet at the same time the one UG is currently staking on

On top of this she is brushing against and holding his sage mark through this, and ends with a banger "I worry about you too brother" As the icing on top, early in N9 its stated Quinn steps away from Nirvana and invests in smth entertainment industry related

02 with both the institute kids and even Shalom constantly has a habit of using and raising kids for her goals, after all they are the easiest to manipulate
She simply holds onto them as experiments to try and achieve as a goal, to her all are replaceable, and she gives no fucks

Isomer initially appears to be aiming for the role of EDGE-07, which is later revealed to be Rama, and 02 almost gives her the title, but thats around when the attack starts
In the end at the very end of the chapter, Rama is given back the title and things go 02s way such a shame

Rama is explicitly stated to be 17 years old, besides her, the youngest Institute members age back to 12 at the time of starting and even Summer was 14 when she first begun
Of course, this all ties back to 02, sis is a bit too obsessed with child exploitation isnt she
